Most of our clients are surprised to learn that the process is not too different from a check in at a hotel. Once you book, you will soon discover that we are here to make every step of your booking journey simple and easy. So what happens after you have confirmed a booking? Read on to discover… Check in procedure: Once we have confirmed your booking, you will be sent over all of the booking details. This includes check in information, and your arrival process. If for some reason we do not yet have the check in information, then this will be sent to you separately. Whether your booking is the next day or in three months time, your client account manager will be available to you to answer any questions and amend any of the booking that you need. Should you have a self check in, then we will arrange this with you and to suit your needs, to make sure you arrive and are checked in safely and without any issues. Once checked in, we are available to help with any queries.

   What to expect: Once you have arrived at your apartment and checked in, you will of course enter your accommodation for your first night there. What you can expect to find is a spacious and open apartment or perhaps cottage, you will be able to put away your belongings and your food and drink in the kitchen provided. With an apartment you are able to truly unwind, and particularly for a long corporate stay, you can fully unpack with plenty of space still to enjoy in your downtime. With many of our apartments, there will be a reception team, so should you require assistance or have any issues crop up during your stay, they are there to help your needs. Alternatively, your client account manager is also available should you need any assistance, whether you need to extend your stay, help with a fault in the apartment or even just directions if this is not an area you are familiar with.
