Cancellation and Security Deposits

The Customer must provide to the Apartment Operator a credit card or debit card number on booking. This will be used to cover any potential damages or breaches of contract during the stay. Cancellation Policy - For stays of 1-6 nights a notice period of 24 hours prior to is required to avoid a cancellation fee of one night€™s accommodation being levied. - For stays of 7-29 nights a notice period of 72 hours prior to is required to avoid a cancellation fee of two nights€™ accommodation being levied. - For stays of 30 nights or more a notice period of 14 days prior to is required to avoid a cancellation fee of three nights€™ accommodation being levied. - In the event that the Customer does not arrive on the Reservation Date, the Apartment Operator will treat this as a cancellation and charges shall apply at the rates described as above.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking has been confirmed, should you wish to cancel your booking, any request for cancellation must be made by contacting the Bookings team during office hours and confirmed by email within 48 hours of the verbal request.
