Cancellation Policy

We require minimum notice of 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur the following charges:

For 1 nights' stay, full payment will be charged

For 2 nights' stay - 6 nights' stay, 1 nights' stay and the deposit will be charged

For 7 nights' stay - 27 nights' stay, 7 days' accommodation at the weekly rate will be charged

For 28+ nights' stay -  28 nights' stay will be charged

For cancellations made with 72 hours' notice, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by the operator.

Guests should give notice of early departure as soon as possible to avoid further charges being incurred.
