Located on the top (second) floor, this beautiful 3-bedroom duplex apartment is accessed by several flights of stairs, and each of its three bedrooms (two king size and one double) have their own en-suite shower room. Ideally located a few minutes, walk to the Byres Road amenities of the West End. Free on-street parking. No balcony.

The living room has Freeview TV and DVD/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation- If the Guest cancels the Booking any amounts paid shall be forfeited. Guests are strongly advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy to cover such potential loss. If the Guest wishes to cancel the Booking, cancellation by the Guest MUST be in a written format €“ preferably email. Security Deposit- A security deposit of £150 will be taken from the guest€™s card. In the event of lack of care and/or any breakage/damage to the Apartment, the cost of repair, replacement and or exceptional cleaning will be deducted, prior to returning the security deposit; where these costs exceed the security deposit amount, these additional amounts will be charged to the debit/credit card.
