Comfortably sleeping 4 people in a double bedroom and a bedroom which can either be set out as a superking or twin beds, this modern apartment is sure to meet all your needs. With prime location next to Glasgow,s bustling weekend market €˜The Barras, and Glasgow,s oldest ballroom €˜The Barrowlands,, this apartment is located on the upper ground floor with stair access from a footpath. Only 10 minutes, walk takes you right to all of Glasgow,s shops and a 5-minute walk for some of the best restaurants in the Merchant City.

The living room has Sky TV and DVD/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric fan oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate utility cupboard with a washer/dryer. All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation- If the Guest cancels the Booking any amounts paid shall be forfeited. Guests are strongly advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy to cover such potential loss.
If the Guest wishes to cancel the Booking, cancellation by the Guest MUST be in a written format €“ preferably email.

Security Deposit- A security deposit of £150 will be taken from the guest€™s card. In the event of lack of care and/or any breakage/damage to the Apartment, the cost of repair, replacement and or exceptional cleaning will be deducted, prior to returning the security deposit; where these costs exceed the security deposit amount, these additional amounts will be charged to the debit/credit card.
