Located in the heart of Norwich's historical centre only yards from the city's impressive Cathedral and charming street Elm Hill, this non-smoking apartment is the perfect place to stay to explore Norwich City. Situated on the first and second floor with stair access, these apartments offer two double bedrooms, family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer. The lounge and dining areas are open plan and offer leather sofas, TV, DVD, dining table and chairs. The cost includes linen, towels, parking for one car, wireless internet access and servicing of the apartment every 7 days. These apartments are available to book on a 2 night minimum only.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the arrival date. Cancellations outside of 7 days will not be charged any extra. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged for the first night of the stay, in addition to the 15% deposit already paid. Security Deposit Card details will be retained for the duration of the stay to cover against any potential damages or extra costs to the apartment caused by the guest during their stay.
