A beautiful apartment located on the ground floor of a Victorian terrace which has retained a lot of its original features, it has an open plan living/dining/kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over. Free Wifi. This apartment will comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The living room has leather sofas, Freeview TV and DVD/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric fan oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. No dishwasher. All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation- If the Guest cancels the Booking any amounts paid shall be forfeited. Guests are strongly advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy to cover such potential loss.
If the Guest wishes to cancel the Booking, cancellation by the Guest MUST be in a written format €“ preferably email.

Security Deposit- A security deposit of £150 will be taken from the guest€™s card. In the event of lack of care and/or any breakage/damage to the Apartment, the cost of repair, replacement and or exceptional cleaning will be deducted, prior to returning the security deposit; where these costs exceed the security deposit amount, these additional amounts will be charged to the debit/credit card.
