West End Terrace Annexe is located in a popular and peaceful elevated residential area immediately to the west of the city centre. The city centre is close at hand with its wide range of shops and excellent range of facilities together with the mainline railway station on the Waterloo line.

This is a modern one bedroom apartment, sleeping up 2 guests. The bedroom features a large double bed with an en suite shower room. The apartment features an open-plan living/ kitchen area with everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen includes an oven, hob microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and kettle. The lounge also includes a dining table and a flat screen TV with Freeview.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Deposit

For stays of 7 days or more a minimum booking deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to secure the booking. For stays of less than 7 days, full payment is required to secure your dates. If you have to cancel your stay for any reason this deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation

a) By the occupant: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Deposit payments are non-refundable. Balance payments will be refunded up to two months prior to your holiday start date. If you cancel your holiday within two months of the start date and we are unable to re-let the accommodation the full balance is still due. For the avoidance of doubt, other than as above, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any holiday.

b) By the owner: If the Owner is obliged to cancel for any reason then a full refund will be made immediately without any further claim being made by or your representatives against us. We are at your disposal to locate an alternative property in such circumstances.
