Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.Cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent of one nights accommodation based on 3 nights.
Security Deposit
The Customer must provide to the Apartment Operator a credit card or debit card number on booking. This will be used to cover any potential damages or breaches of contract during the stay.
Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed. In the event that the Customer smokes in the Serviced Apartment in breach of this condition they will be liable to the Apartment Operator for a £100.00 deep cleaning charge. |
