Booking Procedure
To secure the booking, Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of 12% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted). Card details are securely supplied to the apartment operator and the remaining balance is taken on check-in. If the stay is 30 days or longer, a further deposit of 25% will be taken within 48 hours by the apartment operator.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of up to 6 nights: if you cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival, a cancellation charge of 1 night's accommodation will be incurred.
For stays of up to 7-29 nights: if you cancel within 7 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge equivalent to 7 nights' accommodation will be incurred.
For stays of up to 30 nights and over: if you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge equivalent to 14 nights' accommodation will be incurred.
Security Deposit
No deposit is taken for stays of less than 29 nights. For stays of 30 nights or more, a security deposit is required of £20.00 per day of stay. Security deposits are refundable on departure, and deductions will be made for any incidental charges incurred.
Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed. |
