Please can you kindly make your way to the following address and collect your apartment keys from the Apartment Office in Cardiff Bay. Your apartment is nearby to the office.

CF10 5EX to collect the keys to the apartment.

Keys are ready for collect between the hours 2pm – 5pm. Should  the Guest be arriving outside these hour please let us know in advance so arrangements can be made.

Prior to arrival please ask the Guest to telephone our mobile number 07786624263 or the office number 029 2047 1512 one hour before her destination with an update of the journey times.
