Your keys are located at a different location to your apartment. You will need to go to Eldon Lodge RG1 4NH to collect your keys. See instructions below for collecting your key from Eldon Lodge, before going to your accommodation at The Meridian.
Head northwest on A329(M) • Take the A4 exit toward Reading. • At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto London Rd/A4. • Continue to follow A4 Turn right at Eldon Rd. • Destination will be on the left (RG1 4NH) Parking Please park in the Bay which is the same number has your apartment (please display your permit clearly )

Please head to the Meridian Building you will see the gates to the underground parking area, to the right of the gates to parking area which is Gate D You will see a keypad. Please use your black FOB under the key pad this will give you access through the gate and your communal door will be straight in front of you please use the lifts to your apartments.

On check out please could you make sure the apartment is safely locked up and could you post your apartment key back through your apartment letterbox found on the first floor at the front if the building.
