When you arrive at the above address please Call the Guest Services 24/7 Team on 0203 983 6300 where a member of the Team will provide you will remote Access to the building/apartment for 1st time entry.
When you have gained entry into your Apartment you will find an Electronic Fob, this will provide access to your apartment and all communal doors at the property during your stay.
