Please take the turn off Windmill into the Western end of Margaret Road. Ashbrook Margaret Rd is the second building on the left. Found just after the parking spaces for Ashbrook Windmill. The parking space for 3 Ashbrook Margaret is on the left hand side of the gravel. Please park her as close to the black post as possible. Please only park on the left hand side, the right side is for another property. Please park at 90 degrees to the road, not on an angle.

Flat 3 is located inside of 3 Margaret Road, directly at the top of the staircase and is labelled inside. Please enter the main front door using the following code;

Flat 3 is then located on the right. Your personal code to enter will be;

We ask that guests arrive after 3:00 pm on their first day and depart before 10:00 am on their final day. We can arrange a later checkout at £10 per hour subject to availability. Any unauthorised checkout after 10:00 am will be automatically charged an additional £15 per hour.
A welcome document found in the apartment on arrival should contain all the information you need for your stay with us.
The default bed setup is king doubles. Should you require the bedrooms set up as single beds please let us know (24 hours notice required).

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside any of our apartments or inside any porch or archway. Should you wish to smoke please do so at the far end of the communal garden.
If any evidence of smoking in the apartment (our out of a window) is found an additional charge of £250 will be applied to your stay. Cigarette bins are located outside each apartment, please make sure the front door is closed when smoking.
