The Abbey Court two bedroom apartments are a fantastic newly built property located in Coventry city centre. Not only are the apartments decorated to a high standard in a wonderful contemporary design but they are also within walking distance of Coventry train station. The apartments are perfectly located to everything that Coventry city centre has to offer; with access to shops, wonderful restaurants and other leisure facilities such as the Belgrade theatre. The two bedroom apartment features a gorgeous open plan lounge, with plenty of space to unwind. The apartment also features excellent dining and kitchen areas, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom which can accommodate a further two guests. The apartments come with Sky television and free WiFi and are serviced weekly. For added peace of mind, access to both the apartments and underground car park is securely controlled by electronic key fob entry. The secure parking facility is chargeable.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation- Where you give notice of cancellation at least 14 days€™ prior to the commencement of the Hire Period, no cancellation charge shall apply. Where you give less than 14 days€™ notice of cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the Agreed Price or two weeks€™ rental, whichever is the lower.

Security Deposit- A security deposit to cover your obligations may be taken at or prior to arrival and check-in to the Apartment. This may be in the form of a payment or an authorisation to deduct payment from your debit or credit card used to make the Booking. Any security deposit paid will be returned to you in full (or any payment authorisation cancelled) upon the Apartment being returned to us in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
