Our Birmingham apartments are located walking distance from broad street and right next to the NIA, the ICC and walking distance from Brindley place and the canals. These 1 bedroom apartments can have a double or twin room, subject to availability, allowing the apartments to sleep up to 2 people maximum.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation Policy

There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 16:00 hotel local time 1 day before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by Email 24hours before Arrival Date. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

Security Deposit

A deposit of £250 covering breakages and damages will be required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, following apartment operator€™s inspection of the apartment used by you and settlement of all charges owed. The £250 is taken as a pre-authorization and will be held on your card and be released upon checkout once a room check has been completed.
