Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation is as follows: For reservations of 3 nights duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival. For reservations of 4-6 nights duration, a cancellation may be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival. For reservations of 7 nights or more, then 14 days notice of cancellation will be required. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. Late cancellations will result in the following charges: Stays of 1-3 nights will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee. Stays of 4-6 nights will be charged 2 nights cancellation fee. Stays of 7+ nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee Stays of 28+ nights will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee.

Security Deposit
