The Chapel Street Apartments are an excellent choice for your next stay in Leamington Spa, offering gorgeous fully serviced apartments, in a great location only five minutes from Leamington Spa train station. These two bedroom apartments are fantastic accommodation for your stay, whether for business or for a trip away. The Chapel Street two bedroom apartments have a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, a spacious and relaxing lounge with dining area, and a fantastic master bedroom with en-suite. The second bedroom features a double bed and there is a larger bathroom as well for ease. The lounge has a Flatscreen TV with Sky, a DVD player with MP3 plug-in facility and free wireless broadband. Guests will welcome the location of the apartment as they are situated close to The Train Station, The Parade, a short walk to Royal Pump Rooms, Jephson Gardens and The Royal Priors Shopping Centre, giving easy access to the town centre, restaurants, bars and other leisure facilities. For added peace of mind, access to both the apartments and car park are securely controlled by electronic key code entry.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation- Where you give notice of cancellation at least 14 days€™ prior to the commencement of the Hire Period, no cancellation charge shall apply. Where you give less than 14 days€™ notice of cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the Agreed Price or two weeks€™ rental, whichever is the lower.

Security Deposit- A security deposit to cover your obligations may be taken at or prior to arrival and check-in to the Apartment. This may be in the form of a payment or an authorisation to deduct payment from your debit or credit card used to make the Booking. Any security deposit paid will be returned to you in full (or any payment authorisation cancelled) upon the Apartment being returned to us in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
