The Brand New Cheapside apartments are the perfect choice for your time in Liverpool! Not only does the building itself have a great history, as it is a converted prison, the apartments offer a perfect blend of modern amenities and appliances whilst maintaining the historic feel. The property offers a great mix of apartments, with double beds and twin beds available. Rooms offer tea and coffee making facilities, but guests will find a much larger shared kitchen available as well. A shared lounge with vending machines is also on site, which is also the former prison yard! Contained in a light and open space, the communal lounge is perfect for larger groups to relax all together. The studio apartments sleep two guests, with a double bed or twin beds (subject to availability). The rooms have been finished to a high standard, and offer Flat screen (SMART) Televisions, comfortable beds to relax and a quality bathroom.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Security Deposit A charge of £50 per person is required on check in to be taken as a pre- authorisation on a credit or debit card. This is to cover against any damages or extra costs incurred from the stay, and will be refunded on check -out. Where damage and disruption occurs the Operator reserves the right to withhold some or all of the security deposit of the lead guest. Security deposits will be fully refunded provided the apartment has been left without damage, and with all apartment accessories intact. Cancellation Policy Cancellations can be made up to 28 days before arrival date. Within 28 days of arrival, all payments made are non-refundable.
