Cancellation and Security Deposits

Payment
Serviced City Pads will take a non-refundable deposit of 15% to secure the booking. Serviced City Pads provide card details to the Apartment Operator by telephone; within 24 hours of the booking the Apartment operator will take the remaining balance. Serviced City Pads do not retain any card details.

Security Deposit

Card details are retained by the apartment operator for duration of the stay to cover any damages of breaches of contract.
