It is all easily accessible, especially if you enjoy cycling. There is locked bike storage available on the property and also a station for Brighton`s bike rental scheme can be found a few minutes away . It is also conveniently located just a few minutes from Preston Park station with its London links. This property is also dog-friendly, which is perfect as a Preston Park is just over the road which is a popular dog-walking area, play area, cafe and tennis courts. Another attraction which is walking distance is the beautiful Rockery Gardens. There is also off-street parking available with this property so you can leave your car there walk or jump on the bus which only takes 15 minutes into town.
