With spectacular views of the River Clyde and Glasgow,s €œSquinty€ Bridge€ and less than 10 minutes, walk to BBC and STV, this huge apartment will have no trouble in accommodating up to 4 people in 2 double bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite shower-room). There is also a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The open plan lounge/dining room with kitchen off has superb southerly views over the River Clyde; the living room also has a lovely balcony.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor with lift access. Wheelchair accessible. Free Wi-Fi. The living room has Freeview TV and DVD/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation- If the Guest cancels the Booking any amounts paid shall be forfeited. Guests are strongly advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy to cover such potential loss.
If the Guest wishes to cancel the Booking, cancellation by the Guest MUST be in a written format €“ preferably email.

Security Deposit- A security deposit of £150 will be taken from the guest€™s card. In the event of lack of care and/or any breakage/damage to the Apartment, the cost of repair, replacement and or exceptional cleaning will be deducted, prior to returning the security deposit; where these costs exceed the security deposit amount, these additional amounts will be charged to the debit/credit card.
