Cancellation Policy If a cancellation is made more than 7 days before the arrival date then the balance paid to the Apartment Operator is refundable, minus a cancellation charge equal to 30% of the total value of the booking. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date or non-arrivals. Security Deposit The Apartment Operator will take card details on check-in. The details are held against any additional expenses the guest may incur and any damage to the apartment suffered during their stay.
