Each of the fully equipped kitchens includes a combi-oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, laundry facilities and coffee machine. Our serviced apartments also include a contemporary living area with a flat-screen TV.Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure our serviced apartments cater for everyone’s needs.With easy access to Edinburgh city centre and business parks, along with our speedy fibre broadband, we are the perfect base whilst traveling for work. Weekly housekeeping service are provided for guests' convenience.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation Policy For cancellations and amendments, 7 days notice is required to avoid charges. Security Deposit A valid credit or debit card shall be required at check in for a pre authorisation (security deposit) along with corresponding photographic ID. The minimum pre authorisation amount is £100.00 per apartment. Fountain Court reserves the right to pre authorise cards for more than £100.00 based on individual circumstances. Fountain Court reserves the right to charge the card provided for security for the cost of any damage or revenue loss resulting from guest complaints. Fountain Court reserves the right to remove any guests/parties causing disturbance and/or damage without any refund. NO CASH DEPOSITS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
