These excellent newly refurbished properties are located right beside the Grassmarket, one of Edinburgh's favourite tourist attractions. Bars and restaurants run the length of the Grassmarket with outdoor seating to enjoy the summer season. The properties are all two double bedrooms with newly refurbished bathrooms with showers. Each has a separate lounge and galley kitchen. The properties are in excellent order with new carpets and furniture throughout. A safe, secure entry system is situated at the entrance to the block. The properties are small in keeping with the standard of the Old Town. The location is superb for both visitors and performers, sitting in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle. Expect some noise from the busy street below, but enjoy being in the heart of all Edinburgh has to offer. Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation Policy If a cancellation is received within 4 weeks of the start date, payment in full is due, unless the property is re-let for the period. Should the property be re-let for a reduced fee, the guest will be liable to pay the difference between the original agreed payment and the reduced fee for the re-let. An administration charge of £25 will be made for cancelled bookings. It is recommended that guests take out cancellation insurance.
