In a quiet location in Glasgow,s West End, with a few shops and restaurants nearby, this 2 bedroom apartment will comfortably accommodate 4 people.

The master bedroom has a superking bed and the second bedroom has twin beds, which can be set up as a superking bed by prior arrangement. The traditional living/dining room is set to the rear, leading to the kitchen. At the rear is located the spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and power shower over. Free WiFi. The living room has Freeview TV and DVD/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric fan oven and hob, dishwasher, large American-style fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a separate utility room off the hall which has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation- If the Guest cancels the Booking any amounts paid shall be forfeited. Guests are strongly advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy to cover such potential loss.
If the Guest wishes to cancel the Booking, cancellation by the Guest MUST be in a written format €“ preferably email.

Security Deposit- A security deposit of £150 will be taken from the guest€™s card. In the event of lack of care and/or any breakage/damage to the Apartment, the cost of repair, replacement and or exceptional cleaning will be deducted, prior to returning the security deposit; where these costs exceed the security deposit amount, these additional amounts will be charged to the debit/credit card.
