There is a large, light open plan living, dining, kitchen area off a good size hallway with cupboard and a small study area. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.  The living area is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa and occasional chairs and the dining table can accommodate up to 6 people. There is wooden and tiled flooring throughout.

Being on the ground floor there is access to a small patio area directly off the dining area through French doors at the front of the apartment with a small bistro dining table and 2 chairs.

The property is conveniently situated for access by foot into the city centre being about a 15 minute walk over a foot bridge across the River Thames. The train station is approximately 15-20 minutes’ walk away. There are also delightful country walks close by as there is a large nature reserve close to the entrance to the development and a tow path along the River Thames which goes towards Osney Island and popular pub called The Punters in one direction and in the other you can walk towards Folly Bridge and Christ Church Meadows.
