Located at the Merchant City in Glasgow City Centre, close to Strathclyde University and Glasgow Royal Infirmary, these cosy two bedroom apartments have an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area and even have a balcony. There are a huge variety of bars and restaurants nearby and it is only a short walk to George Square and Glasgow,s best shops.

The living room has Freeview TV and DVD/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a utility room with washer/dryer. All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.

This cosy two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 guests in a master bedroom and a twin bedroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower-room. There is also a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation- If the Guest cancels the Booking any amounts paid shall be forfeited. Guests are strongly advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy to cover such potential loss.
If the Guest wishes to cancel the Booking, cancellation by the Guest MUST be in a written format €“ preferably email.

Security Deposit- A security deposit of £150 will be taken from the guest€™s card. In the event of lack of care and/or any breakage/damage to the Apartment, the cost of repair, replacement and or exceptional cleaning will be deducted, prior to returning the security deposit; where these costs exceed the security deposit amount, these additional amounts will be charged to the debit/credit card.
