The Riverside Apartment is a fabulous apartment located in the village of Sandford-on-Thames, just 8km south of the city of Oxford. The apartment has a south facing view over the River Thames and offers everything you need for your stay. The apartment is ideal for a short stay of just a week or long stay of many weeks or months for anyone working in the area. The apartment is located at the end Church Road in a small, well maintained development of riverside apartments. There is allocated, off-street parking space for one car. This first floor apartment has access through a ground floor door and stairs leading up to the apartment. This is a north facing double bedroom that has a comfortable bed, and plenty of storage for your stay. There is a lovely bathroom with shower over the bath that has been finished to a high standard. There is a south facing living/dining room with a comfortable sofa, dining table and four chairs. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooker, dishwasher, washer dryer, refrigerator. There are beautiful walks along the River Thames and the village is popular for visitors to come and watch the passing boats which pass through the lock.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation On receipt of notice of cancellation, SLS will seek to re-let the property for the period of booking. The deposit paid is strictly non-refundable. We will refund rental fees equal to 50% of the period of time for which the property has been re-let less the deposit paid and booking fee of £30.00. If SLS is unable to re-let the property at all then all monies paid by the Client shall be retained by SLS. SLS strongly recommends that Clients take out Cancellation Insurance.

Security deposit The Client agrees to reimburse the Owner for replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs. A Security Deposit is payable at the time of the balance of the cost of the holiday and is held by SLS until satisfactory inspection of the property, either by SLS or the Owner, within two weeks of the property being vacated. Please note, if you pay your balance by credit card, the 3% commission charge will not apply to the Security Deposit component of the balance payment. Following inspection of the property, the sum of the Security Deposit will then be refunded to your original payment card
