Cancellation and Security Deposits

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £250 per apartment will be required on check in. This can be paid in a number of ways: We can accept a cash payment and return this on departure following a room inspection. Alternatively, we can pre-authorise a credit card, which does not debit the account, simply holds the funds which are released back into the account (up to 7 days depending on card issuer). Debit cards are not accepted for pre-authorisation. 

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation we must be notified by 4.00pm 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a charge of 1 nights accommodation Parking Limited on-site parking is available to book for £12 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.
