A residential and commercial area, Southwark offers a wealth of experiences, including Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, the Tate Modern, the Imperial War Museum, Borough Food Market and Bermondsey Antiques Market. There are excellent local amenities on nearby Borough High Street including a Sainsbury's convenience store. These South Bank apartments are spacious and bright, furnished in a contemporary style with seating and dining areas, wooden flooring, and access to a private balcony. They each have two double bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and then there is a family bathroom with the added luxury of a bath. The minimum booking term is 3 nights.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation is as follows unless expressly agreed by apartment operator at the time of booking; For reservations of 3 nights duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 24hours prior to arrival. For reservations of 4-6 nights duration, a cancellation may be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival. For reservations of 7 nights or more, then 14 days notice of cancellation will be required. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. Failure to meet these terms will result in charges, detailed opposite. Reservations for multiple rooms may be treated as a Group booking request and an applicable Group rate and contract will apply. Bookings of 5+ apartments that cancel within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total booking value. Stays of 1-3 nights will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee. Stays of 4-6 nights will be charged 2 nights cancellation fee. Stays of 7+ nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee Stays of 28+ nights will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee.

Security Deposit

On arrival, your card will be pre-authorised for up to £200 to cover any incidental expenses and you will be asked to provide a copy of your passport, driving licence or photo ID card. Please note: For security reasons, you may be asked to show the card used to secure your reservation.
