.The St. Stephens apartment is situated in the heart of Norwich City Centre, within walking distance to the main shopping centre and Theatre Royal, making the apartment the perfect place to stay to explore the many attractions Norwich has to offer. This non-smoking apartment is situated on the 2nd floor with stair and lift access. The apartment offers one bedroom with King Size bed, fully equipped kitchen including washer/dryer, oven, hob and fridge/freezer. Open plan living area with a Juliette balcony overlooking a green, leather sofa, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD and broadband. Parking is available for one car maximum height restriction is 2 metres. Weekly maid service , linen, towels and wireless internet access is included in the cost. Available to book on a 2 night minimum only

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the arrival date. Cancellations outside of 7 days will not be charged any extra. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged for the first night of the stay, in addition to the 15% deposit already paid. Security Deposit Card details will be retained for the duration of the stay to cover against any potential damages or extra costs to the apartment caused by the guest during their stay.
