Cheltenham Plaza is located in the centre of Cheltenham Town. The decor is simple, contemporary and modern and all appliances have full instructions for use provided. There is a communal lift to all floors as well as stairs. Accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils that one would expect in a serviced apartment and appliances including a washer/ dryer, fridge with freezer compartment and oven, dining area with table and four chairs, lounge area including sofa and television with DVD player and Freeview and shower room. Every Apartment also benefits from FREE wireless broadband internet connection and a telephone on request. Due to the central location there is limited secure parking on the ground floor of the building, and most apartments have the added benefit of a balcony.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival date and acknowledged by us, you will receive a full refund. Where a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival refunds are made at the managers discretion and subject to the apartment being re-let. No refunds will be made for non arrivals. Security deposit Valid credit card details will be required to cover any additional charges and breakages at the time of booking. Apartment Operator reserves the right to deduct from that card all amounts chargeable. We will notify you of the charges prior to deducting from your credit card
