With an abundance of restaurants and bars right on your doorstep, and just a short walk to the Buchanan Street pedestrian precinct, these apartments have a perfect location for both the leisure and business traveller.This spacious two-bedroom apartment will comfortably accommodate 4 guests in a master bedroom with en-suite shower-room and twin bedroom. It has a lovely open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, with narrow balcony. The family bathroom has a shower over bath. The living room has Freeview TV, DVD/CD player and Wi-Fi. Kitchens are fully equipped, including electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in a cupboard off the hall, within the apartment. All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.

Location

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation- If the Guest cancels the Booking any amounts paid shall be forfeited. Guests are strongly advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy to cover such potential loss.
If the Guest wishes to cancel the Booking, cancellation by the Guest MUST be in a written format €“ preferably email.

Security Deposit- A security deposit of £150 will be taken from the guest€™s card. In the event of lack of care and/or any breakage/damage to the Apartment, the cost of repair, replacement and or exceptional cleaning will be deducted, prior to returning the security deposit; where these costs exceed the security deposit amount, these additional amounts will be charged to the debit/credit card.
