This apartment complex is located in the iconic London Southwark (SE1). The apartments are a stone's throw away from some of London's most famous attractions, for example Tower Bridge, London Bridge and of course the Tower of London. It is a few minutes' walking distance from Borough Station, which makes it easily accessible to the rest of the city. Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation is as follows unless expressly agreed by apartment operator at the time of booking; For reservations of 3 nights duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 24hours prior to arrival. For reservations of 4-6 nights duration, a cancellation may be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival. For reservations of 7 nights or more, then 14 days notice of cancellation will be required. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. Failure to meet these terms will result in charges, detailed opposite. Reservations for multiple rooms may be treated as a Group booking request and an applicable Group rate and contract will apply. Bookings of 5+ apartments that cancel within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total booking value. Stays of 1-3 nights will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee. Stays of 4-6 nights will be charged 2 nights cancellation fee. Stays of 7+ nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee Stays of 28+ nights will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee.

Security Deposit

On arrival, your card will be pre-authorised for up to £200 to cover any incidental expenses and you will be asked to provide a copy of your passport, driving licence or photo ID card. Please note: For security reasons, you may be asked to show the card used to secure your reservation.
