These apartments offer self catering holiday accommodation in Cornwall's premier holiday resort. Situated right on the beach, ideal for families, surfers and romantic breaks. Enjoy the sand, sea and sunshine, with views right across Newquay Bay to Newquay Headland. These apartments are situated just 3-5 minutes' walk from Newquay Town Centre and there is a bus stop at the top of the beach. The railway station is also just 3 minutes' walk away and with flights coming into Newquay Airport as well, there is nothing stopping you from getting to Newquay with minimal fuss feeling refreshed and ready for a relaxing beach holiday. During your stay at Tolcarne Apartments you can eat at the wonderful Kahuna restaurant where you will find a variety of delicious options on the menu, and you can shop at the Venus beach shop or get something to eat at the Venus beach cafe. These apartments offer three bedrooms, one master bedroom with shower en-suite on the first floor and one main bathroom on the ground floor, kitchen with microwave and lounge/dining area with TV and video. Every apartment has full central heating and double doors onto your private balcony overlooking the beach and sea. These three bedroom apartments have one master double bedroom on the first floor and two twin bedrooms on the ground floor allowing them to sleep up to 6 people.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Security Deposit The Apartment Operator does not normally take security deposits. However, for large groups a photocopy of a passport may be made. Cancellation Policy In the event of a cancellation the deposit paid to the Apartment Operator is non-refundable. In the event of a 'No Show' or of a guest cancelling after the 'balance due date' (this is normally four weeks before booking, but depends on how close to the date of check-in the booking is made) the full cost of the period booked is payable. However, if the Apartment Operator is able to re-let the accommodation the amount from the re-let will be deducted from the cost of the original period booked. In the event of curtailment of stay after arrival the client will be liable for the full amount of stay less any amount taken on re-letting of the cancelled room(s). All efforts will be made to re-let cancelled accommodation to minimise the cancellation charges. For guests concerned about the consequences of cancellation, the Apartment Operator recommends that they arrange travel insurance.
