Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by email. It is your responsibility to check that the email has been received by us. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. The booking will be cancelled on the day that the written notice of cancellation is received by us. A cancellation charge will be payable, based on the number of days before your arrival date that we receive written notification of your cancellation. All cancellations are subject to a £55 administration charge.
