Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation Policy Notice of cancellation is as follows unless expressly agreed by apartment operator at the time of booking; For reservations of 3 nights duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 24hours prior to arrival. For reservations of 4-6 nights duration, a cancellation may be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival. For reservations of 7 nights or more, then 14 days notice of cancellation will be required. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. Failure to meet these terms will result in charges, detailed opposite. Reservations for multiple rooms may be treated as a Group booking request and an applicable Group rate and contract will apply. Bookings of 5+ apartments that cancel within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total booking value. Stays of 1-3 nights will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee. Stays of 4-6 nights will be charged 2 nights cancellation fee. Stays of 7+ nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee Stays of 28+ nights will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee. Security Deposit On arrival, your card will be pre-authorised for up to £200 to cover any incidental expenses and you will be asked to provide a copy of your passport, driving licence or photo ID card. Please note: For security reasons, you may be asked to show the card used to secure your reservation.
