When you arrive at the entrance, please contact the Customer Service Team on 029 2002 9959 and a member of the team will be able to provide entry after you have notified your name and booking. They will then Buzz you into the Building.
You will find the letter boxes on your right once you enter the building, please find below the information to access the letter box where there will be an envelope addressed to yourself.

Please do ensure the letterbox is locked after use.
When you enter the apartment, you will find a guest service information folder located on the dining table, this will also include the Broadband log-in details for the apartment.

If you are coming by car, we offer discounted tickets at the NCP car park on Pierhead Street (CF10 4PH) for £6.00 per 24 hour period. There is no need to pre-book, but please do let us know so that we provide a ticket to swap with your original parking ticket to ensure you receive the discount on departure.
