Arrival Process:

Please make your way to the following address and please call the following Telephone and customer Services Team will let you into your apartment.

On arrival at your apartment please call the Guest Services Team: 0203 983 6300 and they will gain you access to your apartment. You also have a pre-paid Parking Space they will tell your Parkin Bay. You will also need to tell them your Vehicle Registration Number so you don't get a Parking Ticket.
Inside your apartment you will find an electronic FOB, this will provide access to your apartment and communal all communal doors at the property during your stay.
Please be sure to keep an electronic fobs and keys as if lost this will be chargebale for a replacement. Please leave this fob in the apartment on your departure.
The on-site team are not linked to the apartment owner so please call 0203 983 6300 if you have any questions regarding your apartment.
Remember check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
