On arrival at your apartment please call the Guest Services Team: 0203 983 6300 and they will gain you access to your apartment. You also have a pre-paid Parking Space - please see below.

Please only Park in your nominated BAY otherwise you will receive an automated fine as the system used is ANPR ( Vehicle Recognition) so please only park in your nominated BAY 100% of the time.
Inside your apartment you will find an electronic FOB, this will provide access to your apartment and communal all communal doors at the property during your stay.
Please be sure to keep an electronic fobs and keys as if lost this will be chargeble for a replacement. Please leave this fob in the apartment on your departure.
The on-site team are not linked to the apartment owner so please call 0203 983 6300 if you have any questions regarding your apartment.
Remember check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
