Please make your way to the following address where the Reception Team are looking forward to Welcoming you. If you arrive outside of the Reception Opening Hours please find following Access Codes so you can gain entry into your Apartment. Your Envelopes ( with access keys to your apartments inside ) will be in your safe below with your names on it.

Access Codes When Reception is Closed
Property Access & Key Retrieval:
· Spot our bluish balconies diagonal from Travelodge on St Thomas Street.
· Enter tunnel - Use Call box:
o Press 1778 then Press → Pull gate.
· At tunnel’s end, turn left
o Locate double black doors with silver handles
· Small silver Keypad:
o Enter ‘1778’ → Pull right-hand door.
· Locate safes just left of stairs.

- The lift is through the brown door under the stairs
Check-Out:
· Check-out by 11:00 AM.
· Drop keys in the black safe labeled 'Express Check-out' on the ground floor.
· Charges apply for missing keys or late check-out.
· Damage deposit refunds may take up to 7 working days.
