Please find below the information with regards to your arrival.
Arrivals before 6pm will receive a personalised check-in.
Upon entry to the main gates please contact the Urban Space office on 02920 029 959 to make them aware you have arrived.
The team will contact our Duty Manager to meet you and take you to your apartment.
Should you arrive after 6pm your arrival pack will be available to collect from the concierge office – shown on the right of the below photo.
Your arrival pack will contain keys to the apartment which will include an access fob into the development, an information sheet and a map of the development.
If you have pre-booked parking your parking permit will also be included.
