Accessing Your Apartment:
- Upon arrival at 243-245 Commercial Road, please enter the code #8259 on the keypad to the right of the front door, located on the brick wall.
• Once inside the building, please make your way to Flat 33, on the 5th Floor, using the lift directly in front of you. The lift signage also provides floor / apartment information. • Please enter the code 8259 on the keypad inside the lift before selecting your floor .
• Please note that each floor has a coded doors, please use the code 8259 on the grey keypad next to the doors.
• Once at the apartment door, please locate the Igloohome keypad beside the door and enter the code 488760007 before pressing the ‘Padlock’ button. Please wait for the green light to appear on the keypad, followed by a noise on the door lock and a beep a few seconds later. You can then open the door and enter the apartment. (If you don’t use this code within 24 hours after the below arrival time, it will expire – please contact us directly if this happens).
• Please note to unlock the door on from the inside, please press the grey button at the bottom of the lock once the lock has stopped spinning.
