The keys to the apartment are held in key safes on the outside of the building so you can check yourself in when you arrive. The easiest way to locate the key safes is to look for the orange sign for the refuse store as you enter the car park. The key safes are on the short wall to the right of the store (see photo below).

The easiest way to locate the key safes is to look for the orange sign for the refuse store as you enter the car park. The key safes are on the short wall to the right of the store (see photo below). Kayleigh Muir - Flat 8

Our standard check-in time is 3PM or later and we operate a self check-in procedure. The keys to the apartment are held in key safes on the outside of the building so you can check yourself in when you arrive. The easiest way to locate the key safes is to look for the orange sign for the refuse store as you enter the car park. The key safes are on the short wall to the right of the store (see photo below). The code for Flat 8 is 4590.
Parking
If you require parking during your stay, please ensure that you have registered your car details using the form at this link Parking Link . Please note that there is only one space allocated for each apartment.
House Rules
In addition to our Booking Terms & Conditions, there are a couple of important house rules we would like to bring to your attention in order to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests and residents within the building: 1. Only guests listed on the booking may stay at the apartment. No visitors are allowed unless at least 8 hours notice has been provided. Please let us know the number of Flat 5,7, 8 visitors expected and the reason for their visit. Note that the communal areas (foyer,stairs and hallways) are monitored by CCTV at all times.
2. Under no circumstances are any businesses permitted to be run from any of the apartments. 3. No smoking is allowed, this includes anywhere in the apartments, the communal areas or on the front steps of the building. Should you need to smoke, please do so in the outdoor area across the street. Umbrellas are available in the foyer should you need to use them. 4. If you are staying with us for more than 7 days, please expect our friendly cleaner to come by for a weekly clean on the 8th day and every week thereafter.
Check-Out
Check-out is before 11AM on your day of departure. We would appreciate it if you could ensure that all windows are shut and the heating and lights are switched off. Please lock the apartment door behind you and return the keys to the correct key safe.
