ENTRANCE & PARKING TO THE BUILDING IS LOCATED ON ONE WAY STREET ANCHOR STREET OPPOSITE THE MASONS ARMS PUB

BUILDING CODE – KEY7240KEY (PLEASE NOTE KEY IS A SYMBOL). Sometimes the front door code can play up, if you have any issues we have mounted a lock box with an individual key inside to open the front door manually.

Please look for BOX 4 FRONT DOOR LOCK BOX: 0771. DON'T FORGET TO RETURN THE KEYS IN THE CORRECT LOCK BOXES WHEN VACATING.

KEY SAFE BOX INSIDE APARTMENT BLOCK OUTSIDE APT 22 IN BROWN WOODEN CUBOARD TOP LOCK BOX  –  OPEN 0165 AND TO CLOSE IT ENTER 0165

REMEMBER YOUR KEYS! YOU WILL BE FINED £100 IF THE LOCKS NEED TO BE CHANGED DURING OR AFTER YOUR STAY!

Go through the front door, get the lift straight in front of you. Take the lift up to the 4th floor, come out of the lift, turn left and follow the corridor round to the right, go through the door and continue to walk straight, you will see two stairs in front of you, walk up those and apartment 22 will be on your right hand side.

Apartment keys – The keys are held in a key safe lock box outside the apartment in a brown cupboard labelled 22 in the hallway, press the cupboard door and it will open, inside are 2 lock boxes and the code for the top lock box is - 0165 OPEN and then to close the lock box it is 0165 OPEN. The keys and parking fob must be returned in this key safe box on departure, please do not force the keysafe box shut.

Parking Instructions

The parking and the main entrance to the building is located at the rear of the property on the one way road Anchor Street. The best landmark for this apartment is the Southport War Memorial Statue in London Square right in the middle of Lord Street. If this Memorial is on your left hand side, then turn left at the traffic lights and then your first left onto Anchor Street. This road is one way and the apartment block is directly opposite the Masons Arms Pub. You will need to retrieve your parking fob and apartment keys first from the lock box outside the apartment in the brown cupboard, before you can access the underground car park. So I suggest you pull up outside the apartment block, there are two spaces - your guests waiting inside the car whilst you go up and retrieve the keys / car park fob. There is lift access from the car park to the apartments. Don't worry about parking permit, I'm running low on them - need to print some more. Please park in a LAVISH LETTINGS car space, there are 11 in total.

Please park up and go through the main entrance of the building, the code to enter the building is - KEY7240KEY.

There is a brown cupboard in the hallway labelled 22, press the cupboard door and it will open, inside are 2 lock boxes, use the top lock box the code is 0165 OPEN and to close it is 0165 OPEN with the keys and fob to the apartment.

When you access the apartment from the car park, find the lift area next to space 21. Get the lift on 4th floor. Turn left when you get out of the lift, go through the door and continue to walk straight, you will see two stairs in front of you, walk up those and apartment 22 will be on your right hand side.
