The Reception Hours are limited due to the current situation so please also use the Access Codes if Reception is not available.
If arriving by Car heading south towards the city centre, please observe the Bus Lane and wait until you pass the end of it to turn into the entrance, also be aware this road is a strict 20 mph zone.
Heading from the north as you enter Cathedral Road you will see an Esso fuel station on your left, we are immediately after this on the right-hand side of the road.
Check in is from 2pm onwards on the day of arrival and check out is up until 10am on the day of departure.

Our reception has restricted opening times due to the current pandemic so we have attached the below instructions which will help you check in using our express check service.
Express check in instructions:
Upon arrival at The Spires, please make your way along the driveway to the main entrance located at the side of the building to enter the building the door code is 1217
Once inside the entrance on your right you will see a small cupboard cut into the wall at about chest height. The cupboard the safe is inside this cupboard.
The code for the safe is 121766 #
Once the code is entered you will be able to open the safe.
Inside the safe you will find an envelope with the surname of the lead guest. Welden
You may need to re-enter the above code again to lock the safe if it has been open for too long.
Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 are at the front of the building, one of your keys opens the top lock on the front door, the other key is for your apartment - please keep the main door locked. Apartments 3 - 24 are all accessed form the Door at the side of the building.
Departure is 10 am however a later checkout can be arranged in advance when booking for a supplementary charge.
Upon departure, please use the Express Checkout box found opposite the Express check in at Reception, for Apartments 1 and 2 the Express checkout box is in the hallway between the two apartments.
Our laundry room is found to the rear of the building, exiting the main side door, it is the middle door to the rear marked laundry room,
This is accessed using the code C03479 - here we have two washer dryers and airers for guests to borrow and return.
