Guest's card details are supplied to the apartment Operator by telephone within 24 hours; Serviced City Pads immediately shred your card details and do not retain. Remaining balance to be taken on check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from the date of receipt. Deposits paid are non-refundable. Prepay and Save rates are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made by e-mail to the Apartment Operator. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. Client and Booking Agent does not guarantee that emails sent to it are received. It is Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation. Cancellations may be liable to the charges outlined below. Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges from your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to midday on the day of arrival, and received by the Apartment Operator by email. No further charges will be made for cancellations received prior to this deadline, other than the loss of any deposit paid. If Client notifies of cancellation within 48 hours, or fails to arrive, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted on Prepay and save rates.
Security Deposit
£200.00 per apartment will be taken upon check-in in cash or as a pre-authorisation on a debit/credit card to cover any possible damages or breach of contract regulations.
Parking On-site parking is available to book for £9.50 a night, subject to availability. Please reserve at time of booking.
Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed. |
