PARKING: There're limited free street parking right front and besides the building during the weekdays. Please do not park on the yellow line at restricted times as this is monitored by the parking services. There is also a ticketed public car park on Ebenezer Street next to the building (£3.60 a day).

CHECK-IN (15:00): Use code C0548 to open the main entrance door and enter the building. Then collect your apartment key from the igloohome keybox hung on wall. Input code 834373830 into the Keybox and press the middle unlock button to open the box and retrieve the key. Please only take the key for Apartment 7 only and leave other keys in the box. The apartment is on the second floor of the building.

HOSPITALITY: We'll usually provide towels and toiletries plus complimentary tea, coffee for breakfast condiments. Change of beddings and towels and optional mid-stay clean will be provided for mid to long stays on request. There are basic cleaning products underneath the kitchen sink. Iron and hairdryer are in the wardrobe.

CHECK-OUT (11:00): On departure, kindly turn off all lights, heat radiators from the wall switch, leave all rubbish in bins inside the apartment and ensure to collect all your belongings before returning the key to the safe.

HOUSE RULES: In adherence to the current restrictions, gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited. No extra guests/visitors are allowed in the apartment without prior notice. This is a NON-SMOKING apartment studio as smoking will trigger the alarms in the adjoining apartments and pollute the communal areas. There's a smoking area in the back courtyard of the building. Kindly keep the noise/music down after 8pm in consideration of other guests.

Please inform us by 8pm the day before your check out of early check in or late check out requests or you may be charged a £10 late arrangement fee in addition to the hourly check in and check out fee.

Don't hesitate to get in touch at any time if you need assistance, something is missing, not working right or you are disturbed by another occupant DURING your stay than after and I'll try my best to sort it ASAP. 

Note: There's CCTV in the premises and outside for security and crime prevention.
