Check-in Instructions
The key safe box is located behind the pillar on the side of the building before you reach the entrance to the parking area.
The Gihon Homes keysafe is the large keysafe on the wall. Open the keysafe latch to see the numbers.
The key safe code is 3350
Please check for a black remote, key and parking permit. Use the remote to open the electronic gate to the parking area if driving in.
The parking bay number is displayed on the parking permit. Ensure you display the permit the right way up to avoid getting parking charges.
The white door across the hall to your left is the entrance to the lift which is also visible through the glass window. Use the key to open the door at the underground parking.
The apartment is located on level 5 . Once out of the lift turn right. Flat 502 has a smart keylock. To activate the code numbers place all four fingers onto the pad.
The code for the apartment door is 9266*
NOTE
The key opens the underground parking door, front entrance to the building and also the door to the communal bins area. The main entrance and the exit to the communal bin area are based on floor 0 .
ACCESSING COMMUNAL BIN AREA
To get to the communal disposal area you get in the lift and press floor 0.
Turn left and use the key to open the door, walk straight down to the end of the corridor. Use the key again to open the first door you see before the right turn then there will be another door which will lead to the communal disposal area.
Check-out is at 10:00AM on your day of departure. Please place keys and parking permit back in the key safe box, scramble the code and close the latch for security purposes.
